Staff Development Opportunities at Sherwood Green Nurseries
At Sherwood Green Nurseries, we believe in giving our staff the chance to grow and learn. We offer a range of opportunities, such as training courses, workshops, and conferences, to help our team develop skills in early childhood education and child development. By taking part in these activities, our staff learn new ideas, improve their work with children, and become even better at what they do.
We also support our staff’s personal growth through mentoring, coaching, and self-reflection. Managers and supervisors give regular feedback to help staff identify areas they can improve and set personal goals. Apprenticeships and Traineeships at Sherwood Green Nurseries
At Sherwood Green Nurseries, we provide both Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeships in childcare through our training partner, Realise. These programs give staff the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in childcare. For those interested in management, we also offer Level 4 and Level 5 apprenticeships to help them learn even more about leadership and nursery management.
We also offer traineeships for young people who want to start a career in childcare. These traineeships provide hands-on experience and basic training, helping young people gain the skills they need for working with children. Trainees are guided by experienced staff who support them as they learn and grow in the nursery.
Our training programs include real-life work experience and practical assessments. This ensures that both apprentices and trainees are well-prepared for the childcare field.
