We believe in creating a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment for babies, filled with a variety of activities that encourage learning through play. Here’s what a typical day in our baby room looks like:
7:30 - 9:00 | Breakfast and Free Play
We start the day with breakfast and free play. A favourite activity during this time is using our kitchen role-play area, where babies explore fruits and vegetables with pots, pans, and plates, encouraging curiosity and creativity.
9:00 - 10:00 | Sand, Water, Messy and Ceative Play
Babies enjoy hands-on sensory experiences such as:
• Washing baby dolls with bubbles and flannels in the water
• Exploring sand and water activities
• Creative mark-making with paintbrushes and exploring different materials
10:00 - 10:15 | Snack Time
Our nutritious snack options include fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables smoothies, mixed berries, cucumber with hummus, or cheese and crackers. These healthy treats give babies the energy they need for the day’s activities.
10:15 - 10:30 | Circle Time
During circle time, we play “What’s in the Bag?” A bag filled with items linked to nursery rhymes (e.g., a toy sheep for "Baa Baa Black Sheep" or a spider for "Incy Wincy Spider") encourages babies to choose an item and sing the related song together.
10:30 - 11:15 | Outdoor Play
Outdoor play is a highlight of the day, featuring activities such as:
• Rolling balls and cars down tubes and guttering.
• Making sounds by banging metal spoons on different materials.
• Riding on ride-on toys.
11:15 - 11:30 | Preparing For Lunch
Before lunch, babies are encouraged to develop independence by:
• Taking off their shoes and putting them away.
• Washing their hands and faces.

• Navigating obstacle courses made from planks and logs.
