Childcare Apprenticeships

Do you have a passion for working with children and want to truly make a difference in the lives of youngsters? 

At Sherwood Green we offer a childcare apprenticeship scheme to those who are interested in working with babies and children under five years old. We use this scheme to introduce a limited number of carefully selected new and enthusiastic practitioners to childcare. The course is a great opportunity for school leavers who are looking to embark upon a career within the early years sector, or for existing team members or mature adults looking for a new challenge and wanting to gain a valuable qualification.  

We are proud of our hard work to ensure that fully support our apprentices through their learning journey. The scheme is funded, work is paid and we expect our apprentices to qualify at Level 2 or 3 within 12 to 18 months of joining us.
